A 6 week course with Amy Fuller Fergus exploring the solutions to common postnatal challenges, including the postnatal pelvis (leaking, prolapse, pain during sex) surgery and tearing (caesareans, episiotomies and tearing) , diastasis, and back and shoulder issues.
