What is Yoga Nidra?

Often, we feel that taking some time for ourselves to rest is lazy, however, in order for us to survive, live well and thrive, we must look after ourselves.  When we look after ourselves, we are much better equipped to look after, inspire and help others. 


Yoga Nidra can help reduce stress and anxiety by inducing the body's relaxation response, whilst being taken on a journey inviting self-awareness, relaxation and the permission to let go.  These practices can also help to improve many other 'Western traits' including sleep and concentration, leaving you feeling like your batteries have been recharged!
